- Temporary email data: Email messages received by your temporary addresses are stored temporarily and automatically deleted based on your subscription tier.
- Device information: Basic device identifiers for app functionality, crash reporting, and analytics.
- Subscription data: Purchase information processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Push notification tokens: Only if you opt in to receive notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Provide and maintain the temporary email service
- Deliver incoming emails to your temporary addresses
- Process and manage premium subscriptions
- Send push notifications (if enabled)
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
- Ensure service security and prevent abuse
3. Data Retention
Temporary emails are automatically deleted based on your tier:
- Free users: Emails are deleted when the mailbox expires or is renewed.
- Premium users: Emails are retained for the duration of your subscription as per your plan benefits.
We do not retain any email data after deletion. Once deleted, emails cannot be recovered.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may only be shared with:
- Service providers necessary for app operation (cloud hosting, analytics)
- Law enforcement when required by applicable law
5. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure communication protocols. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-Party Services
TempMail uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase (analytics, cloud messaging, remote configuration)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store (payment processing)
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing data use.
7. Children's Privacy
TempMail is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

- Delete your temporary email data at any time within the app
- Opt out of push notifications through your device settings

- Request deletion of any stored data
