TempMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for privacy protection. Email addresses and messages are temporary and will be automatically deleted according to your subscription tier. The service is designed to help users protect their primary email addresses from spam and unwanted communications.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TempMail only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Engage in illegal activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Circumvent security measures of other services
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Impersonate other individuals or organizations
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and block access for users who violate these terms.
3. Privacy

4. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Key subscription terms:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
- Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the TempMail service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
TempMail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for:
- Any loss of data or missed emails
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the service
- Actions of third parties that interact with your temporary email addresses
- Service interruptions or downtime
Email delivery is not guaranteed. TempMail should not be used for critical communications.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code of TempMail are the intellectual property of TempMail and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without explicit permission.
8. Report Abuse
If you encounter abuse or illegal use of our service, please report it to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action, including account termination and cooperation with law enforcement when necessary.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TempMail at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
